01 GENERAL TERMS

• You agree to my TOS by commissioning me.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

02 PAYMENT 

• Currency accepted is EUR and can be paid through PayPal.

• If for any reason I can't do the commission the money will be transferred back.

• Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.

• No refunds after the sketch is approved.

03 PROCESS & DELIVERY

• Please provide me with clear character references.

• I will send you a WIP of the sketch, no revisions to pose, accessories and details after you approved the sketch.

• Commission time may vary depending on complexity. (usually 2-3 weeks)

• Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via E-mail. Note that there is no physical product. 

04 COPYRIGHT AND USAGE 

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me.
• Commissions are for personal use only, do not use or reproduce them for profit or commercial use.
• USE OF AI IN ANY KIND, SHAPE OR FORM IS PROHIBITED 🚫 (do not use my art to train ai, this includes uses like 'Grok', 'Sora AI', 'Chat GPT', and any other AI tool. This applies to past, present and future commission with me)
